The following applies to rooms:

The prices stated are per person and night including our generous gourmet breakfast buffet on our panorama terrace, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. For shorter stays, a different daily rate will be applied. We would be happy to make you a non-binding offer!

Single room: Double room for single use available on request!

The following applies to apartments:

The prices stated are per apartment and night for two people, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. For shorter stays, a different daily rate will be applied. We would be happy to make you a non-binding offer!

For each additional person aged 3 - 18 we charge € 15.00 per night in bed, € 10.00 on the sofa bed.

For each additional person aged 18 or over we charge €20.00 per night in bed, €15.00 on the sofa bed.

You are welcome to book the indulgent breakfast buffet. We charge €15.00 per adult and €9.00 per child.

Or would you like to use our bread roll service? Except on Sundays and public holidays, we supply you with freshly baked pastries from our village baker every day.

Daily cleaning? Happy to request. We charge € 17.00 per day for this (without kitchenette/kitchen).

A guest washing machine and an ironing facility are available.

Important information Terms and Conditions

• If you stay fewer nights, we reserve the right to charge a small surcharge.
• Payment is made on site in cash, by EC card or credit card.
• The floor plans are examples, the layout may vary.
• We are a non-smoking house, smoking is only permitted outdoors.
• Discount for extra beds.
• Cot and high chair free of charge.
• Discount for children in their parents' room, up to 50%.
• Dogs are only allowed on request and for a fee.
• To relax: panoramic outdoor pool and sauna in our park.

• Cancellation:
  If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, there are no additional cancellation costs. If canceled within 29 to 15 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total booked amount will apply. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, fees amounting to 80% of the total amount booked will apply. In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% of the booked but unused days will apply. Cancellations are only valid in writing. Of course, we will try to rent the accommodation again so that you do not incur any expenses and we do not incur any losses.
• European travel insurance: Something can happen before you start your trip, with our travel cancellation insurance you are financially protected. If you delay or do not start a booked hotel stay or cancel it prematurely, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with EU standards. In order to protect you from any costs in such cases, we recommend that you take out this Trip cancellation insurance .
• In addition to the above prices, a local tax per person per night will be charged. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.
